Announcing Our Rebrand, New Website and More!
We have been working hard behind the scenes and we are delighted (and very proud) to announce our rebrand and new website! With improved functionality, our website now offers users a full breakdown of all the products and services we offer in a clear and concise way – leaving no room for confusion about what you get from us here at Synextra.
Our New Look
With the business growing in recent years, we wanted a look that would reflect this. We pride ourselves on not being like everyone else in the market with such things as our truly 24/7 support, high performance POD products and proactive monitoring. With this in mind, we have developed a new look that is professional, consistent, and distinguishable.
From our close knit, lean team to the technically led robust processes we implement, there are a lot of factors that make up Synextra. We want our customers to know that they get full access to our team, our resources and most importantly our wide range of expertise.
Our New Website
Choosing the right technology for your business can be confusing or sometimes just frustrating if you are not able to get the information quickly and easily. We recognise this, so it was important we made our new website accessible to everyone who may visit it.
As we work closely with IT departments, we know that time is in short supply and that the levels of knowledge of cloud solutions can vary. We cater to these factors with our website. With full product descriptions and specifications, as well as the business benefits clearly outlined, it’s the ideal place for current and prospective customers to come for information whilst still having the option to contact us if needed.
It’s More Than Just How We Look
Having a great new look is fantastic but, we wanted our rebrand to be more than that. Like with the improved functionality of website, we have made other changes to ensure we can provide more for our customers and partners compared to our competitors.
What else have we done? We have put in place a brand-new marketing team who between them have over 20 years’ experience in the industry. The team will of course be working on the development and growth of Synextra however, a focus within their roles is also to provide support for our partners to help them also develop and grow. As we continue to collaboratively work with our customers, we want our marketing skills to be a part of that too. Alongside this, we have now launched our brand-new podcast, Experts in Polo Shirts, and technical YouTube channel as well as, frequent blog posts with insights and tips. But it doesn’t stop there. Our rebrand means more products, inclusive of highly regarded security products, a growing technical team, and improved processes for such things as project management and technical pre-sales.
Oh, and there’s one more thing but, we need to keep that a secret for just a bit longer.
So, how is the future looking for Synextra? We asked our founder and CEO, Chris Piggott this very question. He said, “It’s looking very exciting! We put a lot of time and effort into making sure this rebrand was right for us and for our customers so we can really support their growth with our in-house expertise.”
