Synextra Launches Market-leading Channel Partner Program
By : Synextra

Hosted Desktop specialists Synextra show intent to grow with the official launch of a Market-leading Channel Partner Program – the brainchild of Synextra’s Abbey McAllister.

After a strong 18+ months in Manchester’s Media City, Synextra has now moved to their current offices, located just outside of Warrington. This move allowed them to better serve businesses all across the North West, not just those located in Manchester. Now, after a successful trial and soft-launch phases, Synextra looks to maximise year 2 revenue with the full launch of the Channel Partner program.

“The office move helped Synextra to cater to the North West. The Channel Partner program now helps us to cater to the entire country.” – Managing Director, Michael Pyne.

Other companies can now benefit from Synextra’s investment into SmartStack, their bespoke, robust and autonomous cloud platform. With Synextra, smaller IT Support outfits can finally benefit from the cloud-revolution – offering a Hosted Desktop solution to their clients, without having to invest time and resources into building their own cloud platform.

Synextra Channel Partner program – Brainchild of Synextra's Abbey McAllister

“It took us two years to build and perfect the infrastructure. We don’t think other companies should have to go through the same process without being able to bring on customers. Our new Channel Partner program is an easy and efficient way to start providing Hosted Desktop to your customers.” – Abbey McAllister

Being a smaller IT outfit themselves, Synextra knows that a partnership should benefit both parties, not just the suppliers. That’s why the North West-based company have opted to take a personal approach to the partner scheme, where partners can work with the Hosted Desktop specialists in whichever way suits them best.

Partners can either refer customers to Synextra, or they can resell the Hosted Desktop solution – earning themselves market-leading commission either way. This goes hand-in-hand with Synextra’s no quota policy.

“We can do as much or as little as the partner wants us to do. We can either do full support for the end customer, or just manage the background infrastructure and allow them to take care of customers.”– Abbey McAllister, Head of Channel Partnerships

After working with an initial group of IT-based companies, Synextra is now opening the Channel Partner program to businesses across Britain. IT support companies, VoIP providers, landlords and more can now earn themselves market-leading commission, just for referring or reselling Synextra’s Hosted Desktop solution to their clients.

To join the Market-leading Channel Partner Program, partners are asked to contact Abbey McAllister on 0161 883 1383 – or via email at abbey.mcallister@synextra.co.uk
