Warrington, 25 June 2025 — Synextra, the second-generation Managed Service Provider, is on the move – literally. Following a standout year of 42% revenue growth (rising to £7.3 million) and a rapidly expanding team, the company has officially outgrown its current HQ and is relocating to a bigger, better space to keep pace with demand for its Azure cloud expertise.
The move to Birchwood Park marks a major milestone in Synextra’s journey as one of the UK’s fastest-growing MSPs. Over the past year, headcount has increased by more than 59%, fuelled by rising demand from scaling businesses that need a true technology partner – one that’s more committed, more responsive and more capable.
“Our clients are typically growing businesses at a pivotal stage,” said Chris Piggott, Founder and CEO of Synextra. “They’ve outgrown the traditional MSP model. They don’t just want problems fixed — they want strategic input, fast and direct access to technical experts, and proof their systems are ready for what’s next. That’s why they choose us.”
The company’s focus on extreme ownership – taking full accountability for outcomes, not just ticking boxes – along with direct access to technical specialists, and a mindset of continuous improvement is resonating with organisations that have outgrown slow, reactive providers. Synextra’s Feefo score of 4.9 stars speaks volumes, but so do the logos.
Recent client wins include law firms such as Movera and RWK Goodman, while key renewals with long-standing clients like Freedom Services Group and Cormar Carpets underline the strength of Synextra’s long-term partnerships.
To support this continued growth and ensure room for future expansion, Synextra is moving to a larger HQ at 401 Faraday, Birchwood Park, Warrington. The new office will house its growing team of cloud, cybersecurity, and infrastructure specialists – with more space to collaborate, host events in their own auditorium, and, when the day’s done, unwind in a hidden speakeasy.
The move has been warmly welcomed by the Birchwood Park team, who view Synextra’s arrival as a key build on the Park’s commitment to creating a thriving community of innovative businesses. OBI and JLL were the agents acting for Birchwood Park.
Martin O’Rourke, Commercial Director at Birchwood Park, said: “We’re pleased to welcome Synextra to Birchwood Park as the team takes this exciting next step in their growth journey.”
“Synextra’s commitment to excellence and investment in its people perfectly aligns with the values we promote across the Park – and the move reflects our ongoing dedication to providing forward-thinking businesses with a space that fosters collaboration. We look forward to supporting them as they continue to grow within our community.”
“We’ve always said we don’t want to be the biggest – we want to be the best,” Chris added. “Delivering exceptional service means investing in great people, creating spaces that inspire collaboration, and building ways of working that help our team grow. That’s what this move is all about.”
Synextra’s new home is more than just a bigger office – it’s a clear signal of intent: to keep growing, keep raising the bar, and keep proving that ‘good enough’ is never good enough.
